As an illustration of our work environment, here is a letter of recommendation written for the social network LinkedIn by a professional archaeologist who has worked for us:
"I have had a pleasure of knowing Robin Turner for the past six years while I was working for her at ArchaeoPaleo RMI before I became a college professor. She is a smart and wise boss, and colleague with huge knowledge of our field. She is also an intelligent and highly motivated person to work for. Her technical skills are brilliant, and she has a deep understanding in our field and is always focused on getting clients satisfaction. It's hard to find managers who are both knowledgeable and perceptive. Robin fits the bill. She set a great example for everyone who worked under her supervision, and I also miss her great sense of humor. How many great managers do you meet who are also genuinely intuitive, inspirational people? Robin Turner is the only one I've met."
